Plyler Shopping Center Issue

 

 

 

 

 

 Council members Jim Mullis and Barbara Moore approved the Plyler/Earnhardt shopping center creating a larger retail center than Stonecrest.  Moore invokes the much contested 'Land Use Plan' to justify her vote. Mayor quotes phony petition numbers supporting shopping center.
