This page details
the presentation the R.D. Harrell
Company made to the Village Planning Board at
the May 23, 2005 meeting. The company represented its
purpose as only informational, as the project is still in the developmental stages.
Beginning with an aerial view of the site
area, a closer look revealed one home development
based on a lot density of 2 homes per acre or a zoning of
R(20) and the patio home development on a R8 or R6 zoning
district of 4 homes per acre. A large retail development
will straddle Beulah Church, Potter Rd and Waxhaw Indian
Trail Rd. According to the presentation, much of the
intended development property must be purchased including
the Baptist Church and homes along Beulah Church Rd.
