Annual Planning Meeting
The Village Council of Wesley Chapel will be
holding it's annual planning meeting (called the Wesley Chapel
"Advance" on Friday and Saturday March 10th and 11th.
Details on meeting times and locations are listed below. The
goal of these meetings is to discuss long-term priorities and
goals for the village and to assign responsibility and timeframes
for getting them accomplished.The meetings will be facilitated by Larry Parks. Mr. Parks is a former employee of Centralina Council of Government and has participated in previous Wesley Chapel retreats.
Wesley Chapel residents are invited to join the council on Friday evening for dinner ($10/person) and to participate in a discussion of priorities for the village. Friday's discussion will form the framework of items to be discussed during Saturday's meeting. Both meetings are open to the public.
If you wish to attend the dinner on Friday evening, please RSVP to the Wesley Chapel Village Clerk by Tuesday, March 7th at 704-283-1226 or WesleyChapel1998@aol.com. Checks can be made payable to 'Village of Wesley Chapel' and must be received by the village clerk no later than Thursday,
